Sunday Observations
How are you all doing? Hope you're enjoying your weekend, where ever you are. I just watched the Canucks win game 4 in the Western Conference final. 5 more wins to go!
Besides watching hockey, I got up to a few other things today....

i spent my weekend brushing up on ancient architectural history for a class i get to teach late summer!!

I ain't able to watch the canadian Hockey games. Here the people are more fans of Soccer/Football, so the tv stations do not really show a lot of Ice hockey. :(
'was only able to catch the end game of 2011 men's world chamionship where Finland won. :D

and yay canucks!!! that game was so much better than the one before.
Yup. I guess I did just sneak it in, Jan! Allow me to explain: I snipped a little slot at the bottom of the basket and just threaded the "hemma" (thanks ikea!) through the top. Ea-sy. I may attached some ribbon trimmings to the bottom now, as it's going to one of my nieces. Next time, a proper d.i.y.!

I'm happy to hear the yellow poppies are a hit. They grow all over our garden, and we've never actually planted any. I love that when that happens!
