I had to create a card for my mom, to let her know that we are taking her to Las Vegas for her birthday. I've only been once, ages ago, but did find these pics that I took of old motels. I was obsessed with them. Las Vegas looked so cute and innocent, way back then. ;)

Did a some grocery shopping down at Granville Island. The aqua ferry is the handiest mode of transportation.....

...fabulous images Janis....isn't Lily's home amazing she has the best decor! This weekend we fought the snow & won...but today university is shut down so we are just shovelling!...So I guess I will whip up a few cushions for the booth!
We have over 12 inches of snow!...not metric!

I had a busy weekend too. It flew by!
I spent Friday at the Kitchen Bath and Reno Show in Winnipeg - had a nice little chat with Tommy Smythe! I'm still on cloud nine! xo
I also got a little dinner and a movie night in with a friend, had a birthday party and went shopping and out for supper with my mom. Like I said...it flew by!

Those old neon signs from Las Vegas are classic... love them!! So looking forward to seeing more of Lily's home. I see she purchased one of the Es I was coveting at Fieldstone Market {sigh}. I've asked her to search for another vintage E just for me!!
