Hope you're all having a good week so far. This month is shaping up to be one of my busiest, so I'm blogging when I can!
I shot a couple of really great, and tiny, city apartments today for Scott Trepp, an interior designer. Thought I'd share one of them with you.
What do you think of this space? Would love to know.
Now for the "give away".... The winner is Lisa at LisaRoyHandBags! Lisa, I'll be shipping the recipe cards to you in Dubai! Thanks to all of you that took part.
Back soon!

Beautiful!
so cute! however i dont think all of my kitchen accoutrements would work out in that kitchen.
Lovely! And so chic...
Oh! I love the sunroom and could totally see myself "working" in there; Sitting on the lounger doing "research" reading mags and blogs and "networking" at the cute little computer desk.
OMG...that is freaking fabulous wallpaper!!!! I want a downtown condo...pleeeeez
The upholstered pieces seem so tailored yet comfy & welcoming!
Great looking pieces!
I am not blogging well...I am getting ready for my move to a "booth" in Fort Langley!
These photos are amazing! I'm sure all of those windows make the tiny apartment feel much less tiny. I don't think I'd get any work done at that window desk, I'd be staring out of it all day!
xo J~
btw- So appreciate the visit and the follow....thank you!
Oh, to live in a house with that much sunlight! Love that wallpaper!
oh i love that condo. the office/study in the sun room is fantastic! what a great space to get work done in.
I love the use of white! White tastefully used can be so striking. I also love the bouquet! Thanks for sharing.
great pics! I just love spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows and that wallpaper in the sunroom is so much fun!
AND, I'm so excited to win your giveaway!! it will be my first piece of mail to be sent to Dubai :) xo
Shellie, I'm with you on that. I wouldn't have enough space either ;)
Jennifer, the wallpaper is indeed "freaking" fabulous, though I think you may have used a different word ;)
First of all, congrats to Lisa.... :D
Second... OYG! The pear coloured walls in the 1'st image are so refreshing.
And that work area, I wish I had it, I would be so much more inspired while working. Such a view... & the open feel those huge windows give! *faints*
P.S.: Here's wishing you'll have more busy & rewarding Months ahead of you. ;)
Your photos are fantastic - of course! ;-) Love the colour palette and flow of the condo. Especially love the view out the window and if I had a downtown condo I'd WANT that sun room: wallpaper, furnishings, everything!!

Love that work space and all that light, the kind of place where i'd get tons done. I'm a big fan of clean and crisp spaces and this one is right up my alley. Amazing photography as always Janis.
Janis, your photography is beautiful! I featured your blog at stylesson.com today.
I adore that desk area, though it may be hard to get anything done when I'd want to be looking out those windows all of the time! It looks like a terrific space.
Hi Janis - pop on over today - I gave you a special shout-out xo
I just came over from LisaRoy ... I like the space - it is clean, fresh and interesting. AND I love the office chair (just bought almost the same one and posted about it here!:

It's gorgeous! I remember looking at condo's when we lived in Van.. couldn't get over the size/ price! But you can pack so much punch into a small space, and this one proves it!
loving the greens with the charcoal-ie grays - total yum and as always your images are beautiful - best le xox
