It's a windy, rainy Remembrance Day, here in Vancouver, and I'm looking forward to the long weekend. If it's Remembrance Day where you are (or something similar), did you remember to remember?

fascinating that it isn't a holiday in england, just as victoria day isn't! we had a belated bonfire night as last weekend's was rained out, and how very interesting the effigy burning is! i like a rainy friday too, especially if i can get my nose into making something, or have tea with a friend. x
rainy and windy on the east coast too !
i spent the weekend catching up with friends after being away all summer.
