there was a twitter discussion going on the other night whether or not to freeze pizza dough. I thought you couldn't as it wouldn't rise, obviously it can be frozen!

I agree - laundry - yuck (especially with these silly tiny washers in Europe!) It's a chore that goes on forever!

great idea, freezing the dough! i envy you your bc trips, i need to do some more of them with my family. and i envy you the gorgeous weather, shucks! england is riddled with fickle weather and you can't trust what it will do next. x
